In this photo, Athena is holding a picture of Jennifer holding a picture of Breyane holding a picture of I. Athena is up close, but everyone else in the picture is far away.
The image was taken intentionally in focus so the objects of the picture could be seen. The pictures within the picture were cropped and edited inside the other pictures with Photoshop. The contrast of the picture benefits the idea of the subjects standing out.
This picture is communicating a different and interesting way to see photography instead of the typical portrait. It is just a picture that it visually appealing to the eyes. The image was taken outdoors on the side of a house. It is bright so that the subjects can be seen.
To me, this piece was successful because we were able to capture what we were trying to portray and it came out the way we had it planned in our minds.
