I see a girl sitting down, reading a book. There are trees in the background, and little yellow glowing twinkling stars surrounding her as she reads. There is sunshine shining on her, but with gloomy skies.
The tone of the picture is enchanting and like a fantasy. The image is intentionally focused with the background blurred out. The contrast of the picture is lower than normal and the brightness is higher. The exposure is also higher than normal.
The truth is, Hannah loves to read. Ever since she was little, reading has always been a part of her and something she would do on her spare time. When she reads, she becomes absorbed in the book, all her problems go away, and nothing else matters. The glowing yellow stars are photoshopped all over her to express the book coming to life. The lighting of the picture is very bright and light to portray the setting of the fantasy she is reading. It was taken outdoors on a field.
I feel as if my work was pretty successful because I was able to capture her doing what she loves. Also, it was very accurate to what I pictured the photo to be in my head.
